Prices:
The price for the goods will be as specified in this website at the date of our acceptance of your order. Price displayed for products and services are exclusive of VAT.
Orders: Orders placed via the website will be automatically confirmed by email once the Credit or Debit card transaction has been successfully completed. Orders placed by other means will be processed upon receipt but will not be confirmed unless specifically requested. EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD reserves the right to decline or accept any order(s), without providing any explanation, and will, within 24 hours of receipt of orders, inform the customer.
Parts Identification:
It is the duty of the Buyer to order the correct part. The seller shall deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the Buyer in the identification of the part required, whether through commercial recommendation or technical diagnosis.
Out of Stock Items:
In the unlikely event of components not being available for immediate dispatch, EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD will immediately notify the customer who shall have the right to cancel or change their order, in which case, any Credit Card transactions, if applied, will be reversed within 24 hours.
Availability:
All items are offered subject to remaining unsold.
Delivery:
Our regular methods of delivery are as follows*-
Standard 3-5 day delivery- £4.50
Next day delivery (includes all orders placed before 3pm Monday- Thursday)- £7.50
Alternatively, the following delivery services are provided-
Express before 9am- £17.50 (includes orders placed before 3pm)
All orders accepted on Friday before 2pm are delivered on the following Monday, unless otherwise stated. All orders accepted Friday after 2pm and until Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders made on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Carriage Charges:
Where applicable, carriage charges will be itemised per order and subject to VAT at the ruling rate.
Returns and cancellations:
Goods will only be accepted back with the authorisation of EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD and with proof of purchase in the form of the original delivery note or invoice. Customers must contact EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD by email or phone to obtain authorisation prior to return. A restocking charge of up to 100% may be deducted from credits issued for returned goods ordered in error, not required, and for goods and packaging that is returned damaged, defaced, marked or where there is any indication of incorrect or inappropriate use or tampering. PCBs are non-returnable. Electrical parts can only be returned if authorisation has been made by EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD.
Subject to receiving notice by a durable medium e.g. e-mail, fax or writing, consumers have a 7 day cancellation period commencing from the day after the date of receipt of goods providing they are in a suitable re-sale condition. The goods must be returned within 21 days of notice. Should the goods have to be collected by the seller, the seller reserves the right to charge the cost of recovery. Original outward carriage is non-refundable.
Warranty:
The warranty period is as shown below for each product and is effective from the date of dispatch from EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD. The warranty is valid only where goods have been applied and used for the purpose for which they are intended and which have not been tampered with.
The warranty periods are: 12 Months for replacement parts with proof of purchase.
Risk and Title of goods:
The risk of loss of, or damage to the products shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. Title of goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due to EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD have been received in full.
Terms of payment:
Only payment made online by Credit/ Debit card and authorised by Cardnet will be accepted.
Claims:
Claims for short or incorrect delivery, or damage to the components, must be made by fax or by phone writing 5 days from receipt of goods.
Specifications:
On this website, specifications are, to the best of our knowledge correct. We do, however, reserve the right to alter them without notice if absolutely necessary.
Exclusions of Liability:
Save and provided herein and subject to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 both the seller and the manufacturer shall be under no liability in respect of any defects in the goods or defective works or for any loss damage or injury resulting from and including consequential loss. It is the duty of the buyer to check that the correct goods have been received and before using the buyer shall determine the suitability of the product and its intended use and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Further, under no circumstances whatsoever shall EGAS ONLINE SPARES LTD be liable for losses special to the particular losses of the customer, indirect losses, work required in connection with the removal or change of defective goods and the installation of repaired or substituted goods, loss of profits, damage to property or wasted expenditure.
Force Majeure:
The seller shall not be under any liability whatsoever to the buyer for non-delivery or delay in delivery indirectly caused by or resulting from an Act of God, outbreak of hostilities (whether or not war is declared), insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, Government Act of Regulation, fire, flood, explosion, accident, theft, climatic conditions, shortage of material, strike, lockout or trade dispute ( whether of the sellers employees or of other parties), caused by or resulting from any other event or circumstances whatsoever (whether or not of the same or similar kind to those mentioned) beyond the sellers control or caused or resulting from the default or negligence of the seller or any of its employees, sub-contractors or suppliers.
